When asked if they could provide me a quote over the phone for an individual tax return they could not calculate it, even though I could provide them with all the forms I have to file. Thus making shopping around for best pricing a more time consuming for me. Either they do not know their business very well, or they are putting a sales squeeze on prospective customers by making them waste their time coming into the office. I do trust such businesses or business practice such as this.
