I've been using Scout Pest Control for the last year and I have been very happy with their services and technicians. Kelsey, who schedules the appointments and analyzes our needs, is always very friendly, patient and accommodating. A new technician, Alex, came by the house today to perform a treatment. From the moment I opened the door, Alex was very polite. He asked questions about the treatment that I needed, did not interrupt or jump to conclusions. He thoroughly treated all of the areas requested with no issue and no complaints (no one likes entering a hot, cluttered garage or attic!). I highly recommend Scout in the Huntsville area!
