Owner never returns calls, owner's voice mail is always full, the security fence gate malfunctions frequently preventing access at normal times and delaying my planned work, owner does not kept property up as there are deep holes around the entrance road and trash in many areas of the property, I have had billing errors so keep our records or you'll be paying twice. Go somewhere else.
