Golden Key should thank their lucky stars they have Caroyln! I've worked in property management and I know how hard it is. This woman does a fantastic job! She actually cares about their clients and by that I mean the renters! Some people in property management forget there is two clients, owners and renters! Thank you Caroyln for going the extra mile!

We have been with this company for about 6 years now and this year we'll be going on 7. I have had nothing but positive experience from them. Every call is answered and emails are replied to as soon as possible. The team is great to deal with. We've had our issues with the house but they have taken care of it very fast. If the company that was sent to come fix the problem doesn't show, you call them back and they get a hold of that company for you. Everything is done right and by the books here. Not one person in this company is bad and not one person is rude. This is one Property Management Company I would highly recommend for people to rent from as well as use to rent out their home. As long as you're upfront with them and tell them your problems they will work with you. It's not one sided... if you have a problem, Make sure you contact them asap, that way they can contact the owner and see what they can do. Keep up the awesome job GKP!

My husband and I have been thinking about how fortunate we are to live here in our condo. Golden Key has been so helpful whenever we have needed ANYTHING and we truly appreciate it from the bottom of our hearts.

I have been living in a property managed by RPM for almost 7 years. I have noticed very little turn over with the staff ( which says something in of itself) They have always been quick to respond to any maintenance issue. In addition, I work from home and they have always made accommodations if any repairs needed to be done in the rental, based on my schedule. The staff is very friendly and professional.

I am a property owner and have been with Golden Key Properties for a number of years. I recently went through a complete remodel from my early 1980's home. Ned Paterson was most helpful in coordinating various contractors during the demolition to the reconstruction phase. I was very impressed with the quality of the final product and suggestions along the way to enhance the property. A special kudos to Dana Pruitt, my property manager who worked behind the scenes and later with the various prospective tenants to find the perfect match. My questions were always quickly addressed and her insight on improvement options were always appreciated. Although she has been with Golden Key Properties for about a year she has been in this service industry from day one. She is a "rock star" and I am a very happy client!

I started an apartment search online months before my move to Carlsbad. I am fortunate to have found Dana and Golden Key Properties. Dana is all business! Pleasant to deal with? Yes! Professional? Totally! But what impresses me the most is her efficiency. She is very direct, to the point, and does not sway from the questions or challenges at hand. You know where you stand with Dana, and for open issues she is quick to deliver final resolution or the proper guidance to get there. I have been in real estate sales and development for 30 years. Dana would be a terrific asset for anyone in the business of sales or property management. If you are looking for a rental property, or have properties that you want rented or managed, I recommend grabbing Dana as your agent.

I'm finally getting settled in my new La Costa apartment and have to mention that I have really enjoyed working with Golden Key Properties. Dana Pruitt was FANTASTIC to work with. She was detailed, provided prompt responses and really understood our particular situation. I was traveling out of the country and was able to communicate any questions regarding the lease agreement, move in details and arrange for deposit to secure the apartment. I couldn't have done it without Dana's help! During the move in process there were a few things that needed maintenance attention. Dana clearly outlined items that needed to be addressed and within a couple days their vendor was able to resolve the issues. Having worked in hospitality and customer service for over 15 years, I truly value being heard. Golden Keys has been an AWESOME example of that. Feeling grateful for our new home!

My wife and I have retained the services of Golden Key Properties on two occasions. Our property is an upper end beach residence with a high monthly rental. What would perhaps be considered to many management companies a difficult property to rent it has not been an issue with Golden Key. Each time they have chosen excellent tenants with a one year lease at full price! Thank you Golden Key!

Your staff has been very proactive and they take the time to call and let us know what is happening there. We feel they make every effort to not only keep the property in good shape, but to also be sure that the costs are kept down as much as possible. We really appreciate having Golden Key as our property manager.
