I even had to return a couple minutes after I drove off, with a question on the handsfree/bluetooth. A young service technician in your garage area was so helpful and took the time to answer my question, I appreciated his willingness to help. Management stars at the top, you have done a great job.

We just bought a Ford Flex from Ken Grody Ford, taking advantage of the "Black Friday" sale. The salesman, Kevin Gitesatani was very patient and professional. I needed a new car and decided to purchase from this dealership again but was not really sure which model I wanted. I dragged Kevin from one end of the dealership to the other twice, checking out the various size, models, and sale prices before I even decided to test drive the Flex. I love how solid and smooth the ride feels. I Learned my lesson, no more little putt-putt foreign cars for me. I love the maintenance package that they offer. The whole new car buying process is a lot smoother than I remember, no running back and forth to pretend talking to the boss for more discount. The last time I bought a new car was in 2006.

We purchased a new car A base model '14 Fiesta ST was an advertised special. The sales staff (JD and Andrew) were very helpful, low pressure and explained the incentives we were eligible for and what the final price would be.

Very professional, warm, friendly. Manager and sales associate were very complete and thorough in providing information about the process. I love my Edge and I love the hands free software. It is the most user friendly product I have used. I have mastered it after a very extensive orientation from my sales associate.

Go here and ask for Mo. Very down to earth gentleman who doesn't make you feel rushed or overwhelmed, which tends to happen when buying a new car. He was very knowledgeable about all the vehicles on the lot and made the whole transaction a breeze. This was definitely the smoothest car buying experience I've ever had. My Sales personnel Kevin was outstanding. The only concern I had with my car is the fact that a light (engine light) was already coming on in less than a month. It could be a glitch because the car is brand new and breaking in but I hope the problem gets resolved and I don't have to deal with that often. The "no cap" for my fuel is really unique; I'm still getting used to it but it makes it easier to pump gas. The sales experience was rough in the beginning because I had no insurance coverage, but my sales personnel was able to help me by contacting an agent from State Farm who worked with me. I will forever be grateful for that. It was a new experience purchasing my first car with my brother's help, and I wouldn't take it back. I am very blessed and I know a lot of people around couldn't say their very 1st car was a BRAND NEW one! I'm a lucky girl! Thank you all for your support and help.

I had a sales guy named Merwan Ramsdon. He was polite (not pushy) for that reason I bought a car from him. He explained everything from financing to tires....from headlights to radio. But when he got to the engine I said "Hey, I'm girl, I have no interest" Just get me the color I want and give me the keys! He did and if you go to Ken Grody.....ask for Merwan. He goes by Mer.

I've owned 4 Mustangs over 20 yrs and have ALWAYS taken them to KG Ford for service. Dennis in service has always taken excellent care of my cars, always making sure they are maintained, serviced, or repaired correctly, on time, and at a fair price. I wouldn't take my cars anywhere else.
