The worst ever Management, I've been living in this property (Stratford Apartments) in El Cajon for more than 5 years & I never had a problem with sunset management, everything was perfect whether the parking spots or dealing with any problem plus immediate response to any request.

With this awful new management(Macbeth Apartments) it's been like HELL, really hell, disrespected apartments' managers, harassing residents, threatening, discrimination, taking pictures of the cars ... etc.

The management in Carlsbad never respond to calls or complains, they are always on the managers' side.

i think the MAS APARTMENT SYSTEMS NEED WELL TRAIN PROPERTY MANAGER HOW TO DEAL WITH THERE RESIDENT PROBLEM WITH JUST A PARKING SPACES.AT THIS APTS I HAVE LIVE FOR 7 YEARS AT SUNSET RIDGE APT IN SANTA ANA .CA NEVER HAD A PROBLEM WITH THE MANAGER BUT THIS NEW MANGER LUPE EIADIAH GIVES THE RESIDENT BAD TRIMENT AND SHE THINKS SHES ISTALKING TO HERE KIDS BUY SNAPING HER FINGERS I DONT THINK THIS IS A PROFESSIONAL WELL TRAIN MANAGER.
