We stayed here while working with some folks in Artesia, and the people were nice at first, but charged us quite a bit on electricity and when we left here; and spoke with them about the circumstances of our departure, they were rude and hateful, and charged my credit card without my authorization. Actually deceptively got the information honestly, when they agreed with the financial arrangement made, so they lied on top of it! The place is not kept up with very well, but overall it's a decent place if you can handle this type of people, hey, go for it. But we will NEVER return back here as long as I live (if I can help it). They, like many other rv places, want to charge a fortune for not so great service... my advice, go to Artesia or Carlsbad... Carlsbad has a great group of people; you may pay too, but it'll be worth dealing with kind, precious people, who are honest and fair... try Southwest RV Park, they are some 'really' nice folks. Just my opinion & advice.

Called to reserve a long term RV spot. None available. Wanted to charge weekly rates w/ no clue how long that would last. Was gonna charge $1,200 a month weekly. Said I would have to move by June 18. Took my deposit non-refundable. I didn't even go there. Found a much nicer space. Very rude on phone.
