Pyatt Builders opened its doors in 2009 and has established over 50+ locations throughout the greater Indianapolis area with a milestone of 1,000+ homes sold reached in 2021. Pyatt Builders is a private, locally-owned, new-home builder, operated out of Carmel, Indiana.We handle the home building process from start to finish, and every home we build is a labor of love. It's natural for us to work with passion and integrity because we love what we do.
