The front brakes on my Ford F350 developed serious overheating problems. Merrell (American) Automotive did a great job of getting me back on the road. The work was good and the experience was pleasant and professional.

Merrill Automotive went above and beyond when we needed a brake repair to our Honda CRV that was a tow vehicle for an RV. We were about to depart Carrabelle when the problem arose. We went to Merrill at 2pm, they diagnosed it, drove us back to our RV, and said that the car would be repaired the next day. Merrill sent a driver to Tallahassee tto pick up the necessary parts so that we could leave as scheduled. GREAT WORK and a GREAT WORK ETHIC!
