This is a competent, caring and very personable physician. I have been in Jon's care for 20 years and have had the best experience with this physician versus any other that I have had.

DOCTOR REVIEW FOR Dr. Jon Haffner MD, in Carthage, MO, that you all should be aware of:...................... Very unprofessional Physician and Office Staff. I had a "first time appointment" set with this Doctor to consider using his services and had a 7:50 am appointment set for this morning. ****What they don't tell you is that they have an address that takes you to the middle of Carthage if you use your Smart Phone or GPS to find them.***** Then they "Forget" to tell you that you have a 15 min window to get to their un-findable office or your appointment will be cancelled, "NO EXCEPTIONS". Then they "also forget" to tell you that they "WON'T" and "DON'T" answer their own phones until after 8:00 am and use an "Answering Service" of which I called at 7:45 am that can't relay the message that you are lost and now late because of the incorrect address they give out. I called them at 8:03 am to tell them of the address issue and that I was 3 minutes away and they said "sorry but NO EXCEPTIONS!" So as I was still on the phone with this bunch of lazy slackers, I'm now in their parking lot all of 2 minutes late for my very first appointment and again......"NO EXCEPTIONS!". So guess what DOC! You're out and off of my list for being an arrogant and unprofessional jerk! What a way to make a good impression with a new patient. For all who is reading this, beware of the Office of Dr. Jon Haffner MD. He apparently feels that only his time is important and not the patients. Forget that I drove around for 45 minutes only to be treated by his staff like a deadbeat client. I guess when you have more money than you can spend, losing a potential new patient isn't a big deal.
