If i could give then a zero I would. Their service is a joke. They didn't send me my bill for alnost 2 months when I finally called to ask them what was going on they told me I had a past due balance and that it was my fault for not contacting them sooner. When I explained to the guy that billing me is not my responsibility he told me that I had signed up for my bill to be sent to my email the funny part about that is that it's a lie because my first few bills were sent by mail and I never set it it up like that nor did I request for it. He told me he was sorry for the confusion but bottom line it's MY responsibility to keep track when my bill is due NOT the companys. I currently have their services because there is no other internet provider in my area. There is nothing I can do but pay the late fee. I absolutely HATE this greedy company and can't wait for AT&T to come to my neighborhood.

If you can go with another company for internet I would highly suggest it. If you use "too much" internet, which means you want to watch netflix and maybe have an online gamer in the house, they will give you 3 months of "overage" for free then charge you $10 bucks for every segment then threaten to block you from having internet. In this day in age its completely ridiculous. They refuse to have larger packages....even if you tell them you want one. Sad thing is, they are (at least at the time I signed up and moved here) the only internet providers I could get. Makes me want to move to an area that offers internet without being jerks about it.
