I used to use this place a lot, until they started yanking me around all the time. I have had several problems with sprint phones and it is never the company's fault. It always comes down to "abnormal wear and tear", b.s. if you ask me. I had a cellphone not even a month old that was locking up and not charging, nothing visibly wrong with it and it some how turned out to be my fault. So I was out $299 and they did absolutely nothing to help me. Sprint/Nextel claims to cater to the blue collar, hard working people, but when it comes down to it they couldn't care less. Their phones are pieces of junk and there customer service is terrible. I will not be using these guys anymore.
