ask for BJ, she's the manager. I started out taking my car here because it was the closest place to my house, but also because I was simply fed up with the poor service at NTB over at Crossroads. I had a major repair done at NTB and bought tires there and had oil changes done, and it ALWAYS took FOREVER and much longer than they promised, so I the threshhold wasn't that high to beat. BJ did a good job explaining what was needed to be done for my car. Turns out it was the same repair that NTB had done, but had to be done AGAIN. Unfortunately the warranty on the work I'd had done was only 12 months, whereas Precision has a 24 month guarantee. Wish I'd known that, I'd never have gotten them to do to the work in the first place.

I still take my car for oil changes to NTB and free tire rotation since I bought my tires there, but that's ALL I do there, and every time I walk in there I always walk out frustrated. I feel like for anything else I'll use Precision and BJ seems very trustworthy, and like the other review said, never pushy. The other people who work on her team are nice too. They've honored expired coupons and generally been all around nice folks. I think it's very hard to find someone affordable who will do a good job on cars but these guys are now my go to place. They have a lot of coupons in the mailers so watch for those, they save a lot.

Also BJ has offered to install parts I've bought online and bring to her, so that seems the best of both world's. Buy it yourself and let them put it in. Granted these were not complicated parts, but still, I figured I'd be told no.

I've brougth my cars here for the last 5 years, and had very good service.

BJ is always polite and friendly, and they always do their best to solve every problem.

They also give you good maintanance recommendations, but without 'pushing' any of them - they just expalin and show you what's going on, and the choices are yours.

I've taken my car to this Precision Tune several times and have been very pleased with the service each time. The lady who writes up the orders is great and is obviously very knowledgeable of cars. She makes recommendations, but is never pushy. I've recommended this place to other friends and relatives and they have been equally satisfied. To top it all off, coffee and pastries are usually available for morning customers. I highly recommend this Precision Tune.

i have been going ot precision tune in Cary for over three years. Every time I go, I am greeted by the female manager, who is friendly and very professional. She takes the time to explain my car needs in a way that is easily understandable. She does not use the "strong arm tactics" that you find in most car shops. I take my cars to no other repair facility.
