One month after buying a new house, I came home for lunch to find that half of the tree in my front yard had blown over onto my house. The portion remaining looked very forboding, so after call my insurance company I began calling companies to remove the tree. My mother recommended AC Tree Services and they were the first place I called up. They showed up within 20 minutes. Another branch was very unstable and he said he could get the truck over to start removal right away, despite the still high winds. They worked very quickly and did a great clean up job. I decided to have the stump grinded down and they went ahead and did another one that had been left from a prior tree. The tree was a very large, old cotton wood that hadn't been maintain prior to me purchasing the home. The total bill was $950, which I consider to be very reasonable considering the size and amount of clean up from the felled branch. Without stump grinding, it would have been less.
