i am the proud owner of a jeep that the wonderful people at foss helped me get in to. i would send my family and friends to them. they are professional and helpful in all aspects of thier bussiness. thank you so much for the pleasure of being able to have a reilable means of transpotation that i enjoy as well.

It's really too bad the service department has to be so completely incompetent because the sales department is great!



With that being said, I will NEVER EVER go back to Foss Motors. I have been complaining about my 2012 Jeep Wrangler for a year and a half. The engine was making a tapping noise, the cruise control didn't work, and the engine was hesitating. I gave them over 4 chances to fix my cruise control with no avail and when my check engine light finally came on, I was told to continue to drive the Jeep while they waited for parts.



I immediately took my Jeep Wrangler to another shop who gave me a rental without throught, told me I should NOT be driving this as a multiple engine misfire was diagnosed on the check engine reading, and the problem was fixed within 3 days.



Not only did the other dealership treat me well, which the jerks in the service department at Foss did not, but they confirmed what I had been saying all along that my left cylinder head needed to be replaced.



Not only did the service department treat me like an idiot woman who knew nothing about cars, but they also would have cost me a LOT of money had they continued to let me drive my Jeep past it's 36k warranty with all of the issues I had expressed concern with.



Especially if you are a woman, BE AWARE!!!!!

Previously had some issues with Rick the first time we visited Foss, swore I would never return, but upon a second visit found a much improved sales team. Nick and Bobby(?) were very helpful and we were able to get into a vehicle at an extremely fair price. Ask for them if you go in :)
