cancel my service.

This is to notify you that I am no longer using your services to provide a lifeline for me. the following is the reason.Jan 8 at 11 am I fell in my bedroom and I cut my second toe I limed to the living room and sat down to put my underpants on.I had my life line buzzer on me but I knew tht if I pressed the buzzer I would have to go back into the bedroom to talk into the box and hear anyone answer it. If I didn't answer you would call three people then call the fire dept. My three people were not home I called them to take me to the hospital thinking my toe was only broken but I called 911 and the paramedicts were here within 5 minutes. my power of attorney came in right behind them. Got to the hospital, took x rays it was not broken. The tendon in my second toe was severed. they stitched it up. Have gone to a foot dr three times now. After 18 years of having your service, I knew I could not count on you so why even try. My case manager would come an we tested the machine. I could press the buzzer around my neck but I had to rush to the bedroom to hear an answer and say it was a test. My case manager did not think that was sufficient. I need a company I can count on to hear me from the living room to the bedroom and I can hear reply. This is a small apartment. The range of the buzzer should reach better than in just one room.I am fortunate I did not need your service in 18 years. I do not recommend anyone use your service. I will report this to my case manager and medicaid.
