Ordered a product model made by Hyperlink called HYPERLINK HG2424G-NF from WISP Equipment which is joined with Frontier computer ran by Laurie and Ed Kegley. An employee by the name of Bobby promised they had the Hyperlink model above in stock and would ship it UPS.I received a completely different model made by a different manufacturer.They still insisted it was the right one even though it looked nothing like the one they were selling on their web site.They stated that once they received the returned product they would credit us back the $77.72 When we went to ship the product back we found out it would cost over $80.00 which was more then the cost of the product to begin with.Company refused to send us a return label or cover the shipping cost for the wrong product they sent us.So their was no way for us to practically return the item.Employees we had contact with were Bobby Barnett and Mike Schreiner.Owner is Ed Kegley who seems not to want to talk with us. P.S they have since removed the postings of the product on their web site..A negative 5 star rating
