Complained about a damaged microwave on move in sheet, manager acknowledged it, but never got replaced. Got charged for a brand NEW microwave when moved out. Turned in a work order about dishwasher stopping up. Never got fixed so we stopped using it. Got charged on move out for stopped up dishwasher. Carpet was dirty when moving out and they took deposit to pay for brand new carpet. Mini blinds were already used and bent and they charged us for brand new ones. Don't expect to get your deposit back. They will find a way to take it all. We did have some damages that we were more than willing to pay for but these charges listed were reported on the first day and also normal wear and tear. Still got charged for them!
