My name is Jack Quick. There are not words to express my appreciation for this company. My family had gone with an entire electrical circuit failing to work for nearly a month. We had called 2 different electrical companies prior to calling Busy Bee. One of those companies did not appear until well over a week after they had been called . The other company did show up promptly and worked for well over 3 hours in effort to locate the problem. They never did find the problem and left saying they would be back. They never came back nor did they call us. Busy Bee was a different matter. They came when they said they would and called us in advance to insure we would be home. They approached what turned out to be a rather complex problem with determination and thoroughness. Ultimately they DID resolve the problem and restored our power. Always courteous , always in contact and very professional. Excellent service by all hands.

I had an air condition system installed with this company 3 years ago. I have had nothing but problems with it. The system has ran low on freon for the past 2 years. which means , it had only enough freon to last one year...the year it was installed or,it is leaking out freon, The top unit runs and struggles to keep the top level cool. It is a Goodmen. Either the unit is a lemon or it was not installed correctly. I called today to have someone come out to fix it. Not cooling at all. They were a no show,,,I had to call someone else..

We recently had a dishwasher installed in our home by this company. Unfortunately, we very disappointed with the work. There was a inch and half gap between the counter and the dish washer-supposedly to have access to the controls. Luckily a simple Google search allowed us to figure it out and fix their problem. The other problem was that it wasn't secured properly. The moment I opened the dishwasher, one of the brackets fell off immediately causing the dishwasher to tip forward. For the amount were charged,these guys failed miserably.

Excellent sales & service. My system was installed in 2005 and have had no trouble with it to date.
