Provided by YP.comUnorganized and unprofessional. Took 3 months (well into June) to get my taxes wrapped up due to poor communication and disorganization from the FCC's side. Misplaced my files temporarily, did not call me when they needed more information, had to keep calling and hounding her to get my return finished. Will not use again and would not recommend.
