If I could give no stars I would. Susan Bowman left my hair color blotchy and looking like I had attempted it myself. There was no depth or variation in my highlights. After coloring my hair she would touch it up and wipe it off with a towel all missed spots. I also was charged for haircuts that were uneven and took her less than two minutes to complete. I don't know if she just doesn't know what she is doing, lost her passion or doesn't care? I just know it isn't worth spending 100.00 for something I was embarrassed by the minute I left. Instead of fixing the problem she made excuses including blaming the customer. I am not the one coloring and cutting...just paying real money. If you want a good job done keep looking!
