Lacking in Service, Quality, & Knowledge.

Please look into this company carefully before deciding where to buy your pool or spa.Do not be fooled by the few positive reviews left by their friends and family. Pay close attention to all reviews. You will see a pattern.This company has never provided a resolution to a 2 year old problem. They will not replace defective parts. Claiming problems with the manufacturer. THEY should deal with the manufacturer and provide a solution NOW. I'm sorry, but the defective pool equipment was purchased from Pool & Spa...not the manufacturer. The owner could have replaced this unit with another brand or issued a refund. Instead he chooses to ignore what is HIS problem and continues to lie about how hard he working to get this fixed with the manufacturer. Why won't he just write a check and be done with this?I was told the store "manager"does not like my negative reviews (I wouldn't either) and feels he should no longer try to get this fixed. Any good manager would have fixed this a long time ago, and avoided making a customer so frustrated that they tell anyone they can about their terrible experience. A good manager would have bothered to contact a customer who had a very negative experience. Despite my first thoughts, the store manager clearly is on the same level as the owners. All talk, no show.Again, please research Pool & Spa before you buy there. You will see from the multiple, unresolved complaints that P&S fails to deliver on almost anything they promise or claim.- Unreliable- Poor Customer Service- Terrible Communication- Owners Lack Knowledge- Questionable Quality of Parts/Supplies- Fail to See the Job is Done Right

great work and service

the people at pool & spa concepts did a great job from start to finish. they were will to take the time to explain and answer any of our questions.

Terrible

They don't call back to inform the customer about appointments. When they tell you a price on something they don't include the installation cost, they only tell you the part and shipping cost. James is nice as long as you agree with him, but if you question things the customer service goes down the drain!

1st time customer

I visited this business on 9/2/10 and cannot say enough about the customer service they provided to me as as a 1st time customer and spa owner. Would highly recommend their services, friendly, no pressure atomosphere. The best part was they did not pressure me into buying anything that I did not need. Wonderful sales experience!!!!
