Narcissistic on the telephone when I called to speak with one of his colleagues. He rattled off the firm name and his name so quickly as to be incomprehensible. I had to ask again who I was speaking to. I was polite. His response was not polite, "Pete Welch, and you'd know if you'd been listening." I'm hearing impaired, and never have I run across anyone so rude and arrogant on a telephone. I have no idea how Pete Welch performs as an attorney but he gets zero points for kindergarten phone manners and for driving away future clients.
