Horrible customer service!! Witte is nice in order to get the business, but that stops once he gets it. Promised to maintain equipment when it was installed. Found out one year later that they would only maintain it with a $100 fee each time. Owe's us one month rental fee which we pre-paid before we had the service removed and went with another provider and is refusing to reimburse it. Terrible place!

Terrible customer service and experience. Never do business with these scam artists!!

My family has living in the Cedar Rapids area for over 20 years and we have had different water softeners, reverses osmosis for several companies. Recently we switched over from a franchise to a company that knows what they are doing. From the point of Sale to Installion of the Water Softener & Reverse Osmosis to Payments, everything was more than perfect. After checking around the area and internet, their pricing is really fair and they are not getting rich on their prices. The employees there are nice & down to earth human beings. The treat you like a caring friend. Good people and I highly recommend them over any of the competition! I hope this review has helped you make a decision.
