I traded in my old 98 dodge for a new Ram 1500, I was greeted by Tom Freeman and he welcomed me to the dealership and treated me like a person and not a car deal like I was treated at other dealerships, we spent a lot of time looking for the perfect truck and he did not try to push me into something I did not want, he even went out of his way to pick up the truck I wanted from there other store, everybody at Autonation Dodge Ram where very helpful and kind. I would have given Autonation Dodge Ram and Tom Freeman 10 stars if I could, Thanks for everything guys. P.S. I love my new truck!!!

TERRIBLE PLACE BEWARE!!!!

Dropped our truck of for a 90,000 mile service, at the end of the day we were informed that they were not able to preform our service due to sick calls that day. They told us that they would keep it overnight and preform the work in the morning, well next day comes and at 11 am we get a call that our truck is missing.....yes GONE!!!!! They assured us that they had followed security protocol and locked our keys up in the lock box overnight so either they are lying and left our keys in the truck in the yard or an employee with access stole our vehicle!!!!!!! Best part is they are not liable because of the release you sign when you drop your vehicle off for service. We can't get anyone to call us back, they have been hugely unsympathetic, unapologetic and flat out avoiding us. Completely unwilling to work with us at all after losing our truck due to their negligence!!!!! Do not use this dealership!!!!! This is not our first bad experience just the worst and last they are not nice people and hugely unprofessional.

The service departments is awesome. I have had both my wifes charger and my truck in for repairs, the repairs were done right the first time and delivered when promised.
