BAD EXPERIENCE!!!! Would give Zero stars if possible!!! I first explained to the dentist that I was very nervous about having a procedure done. When I explained what I needed done the dentist started talking about a tooth on the other side of my mouth that did not need work. I tried to clarify that we were talking about the same thing. She became irritated with me and I requested to speak with the other dentist. I was told I would not be able to speak with him. I at that point I told her I wanted to get out of the chair and she blocked the side so I could not and pointed in my face saying she was the doctor. I slid down to the bottom of the chair so I could get up. She followed me to the front where I requested my co-pay back. I was told they would give me the co-pay but I would be charged a $25 no show fee. At that point I got very upset and said all I wanted to do is get my money so I could leave. I was told to shut up and that I was lying and making up stories. I offered to call the police since things were getting out of hand. I requested my file and they said it would cost me $50.00. I will NEVER GO BACK!!!!!!
