They were standing around, calling numbers that were way after my order, acting like they had nothing to do.. I know the sandwich was only $1, and if you wanted more than one you had to get back in line. This rule was only for certain people. Not everyone had to follow this rule, one person had 6 sandwiches all their numbers were in a roll not gap if I stand in line for over 15 min. and people who ordered after me left before me something is wrong with this place, certainly not Freaky Fast...... : {. I will not be returning to this store again. I am not the only one who was upset. Especially when you find out the cashier was holding back tickets and turning in a bunch at once. Where the heck was the manager. Becasue there was not one in charge or this would not have happened... You have lost this customer forever! If workers are standing there looking around with nothing to do something is wrong. And calling the health inspector due to handlling food with no gloves on.

I ordered 20 bucks worth of food through the drive through my three year old was crying she was thirsty . I asked for a cup of water they said they don't give water through the drive through ...I offers to pay for the cup they still refused my child water ! What a disgrace this place is ! The employee said he could lose his job if he sold me a cup of water ?! I will never return to this jimmy johns location and will be letting everyone I know about the poor service of this restaurant !

Just called them and asked for delivery when the guy first picked up the phone he didn't seem to happy I even called and I have him my address and then he put me on hold a couple minutes later a girl picked up and rudely said sorry we don't deliver to where your at I'm literally with in three miles of this place and I can't get a delivery
