Customer service at this place is absolutely terrible. The manager is not personable whatsoever as well as the lack of knowledge. He didn't have a clue as to what he was talking about even though I specifically told him otherwise. Stay away and go somewhere else

I have been to several shops with my Volvo XC-90 Trying to figure out my lf head/light, all the other shops keep coming up with a $600.00 dollar repair to fix it. I went to Ray's Muffler because one of my friends said they are really good to deal with & their very Honest... after 1/2 hour of checking my head/light was working anf the bill only came to 79.95...i thought the Manager was joking until he showed me. WOW thumbs up all the Way, I love those guys....FIVE STARS ALL THE WAY!!!

1989 bmw 325i - I went in because my car had an exhaust leak that I hadn't had time to deal with myself and I just wanted it resolved. My car is not a regular beemer in that it has been turbocharged and has other aftermarket modifications, and I am also no dummy when it come to cars. Well I took it in and after about two minutes of five of their employees looking at it the "manager" came in to talk to me about it. He continued to tell me that the seals on the turbo were bad causing all of the exhaust to leak. He also quoted me $1000.00 in order to fix the leak. I expressed that I disagreed because were this the case then I wouldn't have any turbo boost. I left with my car and went home. After five minutes of looking at it myself I noticed that there was a bolt missing on the exhaust manifold. I went and spent $1.50 on a new bolt. After installing it the leak was gone. I will never take any of my cars to Ray's Muffler in Centerville ever again, nor would I recommend them. Zero Stars.

His shop is always ready to help you and can fix almost all programs on a variety of cars no matter how new or how old. Very considerate and courteous employees.
