I had a flood that was very bad. I could not get anyone to come out today. Memo and Chris came out within 45 minutes. They looked over the situation and came down to tell me the cost, the procedure before they did anything. I was so pleased that they let me know what I was up against before they did any work. I would definitely use them again. Thank you guys!

There was a bad flood in my home and they were able to clean it all up and there was no evidence of a flood ever being there. I would highly recommend their services to anyone who needs flood or disaster clean up done.

Toilet system backed up and flooded my home. I was referred to The Flood Company and I was very pleased with the outcome. They were very pleasant people to work with and walked me through the process of what needed to be done. They had it cleaned up and on the road to drying in no time. Thank you Flood Co!

My experience with these group of indivudals was fantastic.
Josh was the manger on the sight and we had over about 20 techs at a hotel Called Waldorf Astoria.
Everyone was hard a work day in and day out, from morning to night.
These guys were determined to hit our deadline for Christmas.
They are an awesome group of men and definitely recommend them to our friends and family.

The Flood co. is our go to company for any water damage cleanup. They are willing to do what ever it takes, and they are very good at what they do.

I could not believe how quickly they were able to come get started. I had initially called the big "service master" nationwide guys but they never showed up so I called the Flood Company and they were there within an hour. By the end of the day my nightmare flood was a distant memory and my insurance agent (who knew them and had recommended them) had already cut a check. Here I am a week later and the job is complete, everything restored perfectly and very little out of pocket. This was absolutely the best experience I have ever had with a previously unknown company that came to the rescue, thank you!

This is the worst company ever. Do not trust this company. Do not trust Darrel the owner of the company. Do not make the same mistake I made. He's a good fast talker he lied straight to my face. Over charged me. Never gave me a break down of what was done.. only charged what the insurance company charged and then some.. I would not recommend this company to anyone not even my worst enemy.. he says he will work with you and he does not. Then when I let him talk to the insurance adjuster he over charged me.i would let my house rot before I would us this company again sincerely William and Annie Durrer....

There are many companies out there. Do yourself a favor and use one of them. Many problems with this company. Their customer service is non existent. In addition to the damage from the flood. there are items missing from my home. Had to file a police report. Owner continues to harass me. An overall terrible experience,

Water Damage: This was the best experience I have had with helping me take care of a very bad water problem. My hot water heater pipe broke and sprayed all over the ceiling and flooded the basement. Josh Ray came out to the house with in fifteen minutes of my call. He and his crew were so very helpful. They helped me with determining what needed to be done. Worked with the insurance company, and worked in a very timely manner. Very professional! The house and damaged area looked great. I would recommend the Flood Company to any one who needed any kind of repairs or damages taken care of. They went the second mile for me. Josh is the greatest! Thanks to you and your crew.

My experience with this company was horrific. I found they did not know the first thing about mold remediation. Learn as much as possible about how mold should be removed and look for a company that can show you they meet the accepted standard practices and guidelines set by the appropriate institutions that govern mold remediation. You won't find it here. My experience with this company taught my one thing only, research, research, research......... "Buyer Beware".
