I came in to purchase a new 2032R with a front end loader and mower. Burt was the sales person who approached us.

Burt said he would work up a deal for us and arrange delivery on Monday the next week. He told me to bring in 4 gallons of antifreeze on Saturday and he would prep the machine.

Flash forward to Monday Burt wouldn't return my calls. I finally get him on the phone and he tells me it will be a couple more days. Well, after a couple more days he still won't return my calls. Completely ignored by Pape Machinery.

They lost a 25-30 thousand dollar sale and my business forever at this point. I feel completely put off and disgusted with their lack of customer service and they basically stole my $40 worth of antifreeze.

I decided I will be going with Kubota. They return phone calls and actually care about their customers.
