My lawyer was Javier Ochoa, he specializes in social security cases, we talked about my case and he was courteous, he answered ALL my questions, so I put together all my information took it to his secretary and she input everything on line. I was given a time frame of 6 mos. To a year for response, but I was ecstatic when I received a letter from social security approving my permanent social security after 2-3 months!!
