I brought my car in on a Saturday it took about 2 hrs I complained of smudges and bubbles right away when I picked it up. I was told to give it a while for the complete drying process take place, on the paper they gave me it said 45 days. I've never heard of such a thing. I gave it about a month and the car needed to be brought back driver window, passenger window and back window needed to be redone. I went back after 5 hrs of them having my car and was very displeased to find a large scratch across the rear bumper, still bubbles and smudges in the tint. When bringing this to their attention I was told I would not get a perfect tint job there is no such thing and I asked for my $196 back and was told no. They did write an IOU for buffing out the scratch on my bumper, but at this point I did not trust them having my car in their possession anymore. I still have bubbles a few cuts and smudges on my windows all three that were redone. They did a horrible job and I am very dissatisfied.
