Best service, best prices, best doctors, best everything. I've been shopping at Julen's since I first used my own money to buy a pair of glasses and have never even considered another store or going online. The staff have all been incredibly friendly, but more importantly, knowledgeable, efficient, and keen to go that extra mile. The amount of adjustments, minor repairs, and pad replacements they've done at no cost, I can't even begin to count. They have always explained in detail what I would be paying and when. At times I've had find ways to cut my costs and they've always sat down with me and made it work. The doctors have been great. I don't know how many stupid questions I've wasted their time with, but God-love-em they never rushed me. They also have candy at the counter. I tell everyone I know to go there.

I went to Julen's a year ago to try soft contacts for the first time. My eye exam, training, and care were top notch. The staff knew who I was each time I walked in and were patient dealing with me as I tried numerous kinds of contacts before finding the ones that were right for me. I would HIGHLY recommend this local business for quality and care.

I really enjoyed my visit to Julens. Trina and Dianne were very helpful and alot of fun.They not only helped me choose the perfect pair of glasses but they were so very nice. I will definitly go back.Thanks Julens and thank you Trina and Dianne. Connie
