I bought a bike lock from Ron's Lock Shop and I carried the lock home on my bike. When I got home I dropped the lock as I was getting off my bike and one part of it broke into pieces! I was completely confused, and I took it back an hour later after class with the receipt to exchange it for a new one, and the lady that worked there wouldn't let me exchange it and she wouldn't give me any money back. She said I had obviously broken it myself and when I asked her to listen to me explain what happened she told me to leave the store. It was really embarrassing because she had raised her voice at me and then stormed off. I've never had worse service in my life, and it really stinks that I don't have a lock now.
