John is a fabulous mechanic and a very honest business man. He found a problem with my Mercedes that other places couldn't find and fixed it for a very reasonable price. Much lower than a dealer and he did impeccable work. I mean I haven't seen work done this well since way back in the day when people actually cared. I agree with the guy below that said he has now found a mechanic he can trust. I know that John will be honest with me and not try to rip me off. I totally trust them to fix anything in my car and if he suggests something that needs done, it needs done. And he doesn't try to rip you off in the process. I call him for all my car's mechanic needs. I don't usually write reviews or rave about people, so you know John has to be fantastic for me to take the time to write a review for him. He is such a thorough mechanic and such a pleasant and thoughtful man. I wouldn't take my car anywhere else ever again.

I just wanted to pass on a compliment. Mr. John has always been honest and helpful - for the first time in my life I completely trust a mechanic. He is worthy of high praise as are all of his employees. They all treated me with respect, they called everyday to let me know what was going on. Mr. John have made me a life time customer and I will refer them to my family and friends. I want you to know he is the reason for my loyalty to Spring Automotive in Chantilly, VA. Thank you!!!!‎‎
