My clinical interests include hands-on manual therapy, sports medicine and post-operative rehabilitation. I particularly enjoy helping injured runners get back to their sport. An active runner myself, I have finished numerous 5ks, 10 milers, half marathons and one marathon. When I am not at work, I enjoy being outside, spending time with family and friends, cooking, traveling, and cheering on the Tar Heels!
