He is a crook

This guy took 1/2 as a deposit and after 1 1/2 years never painted one item. He is not honest and has been served legal papers and has still not responded. He is the most unprofessional person I personally have ever has to deal with. After this happened, I had friends get quotes from him and again he wanted money up front. He is a scam artist.
