I will never go back to this gas station ever again. The gas was too high in the first place so I used my card to only put $7.50 in my tank because I knew where a cheaper station was but needed the gas to get there. When I got to the cheaper gas station I found out my account was in the red by $15.00 because this Shell gas station puts a $75 hold on your card. What the hell?? I understand being sure to cover the charge of gas, but almost $100??? How damn often does anyone put that much in their tank? Did I miss the memo? Is everyone driving a Hummer now??? I'm a college student, I do NOT have the money to be able to afford any of it going missing for any amount of time. Extremely unhappy customer.



Either way putting me in the negative I had to borrow money to fill up my tank AND I'm going to be short on rent this month until the hold is released in 7-10 business days. This is complete bull and I will NEVER go to another Shell gas station, nor will I recommend them to anyone ever. EVER!
