Not Sure Who The Lady Below Is Refering Too. But A&R Auto Is not a Towing Business. Ive Taken My Infiniti Their For Years & There Work Is Phenomenal! They Have Always Treated Me Like Family & Are A Strong, Trustworthy, Christian Company! They Always Run New Specials Every Month From Free Diagnostics To 16.99 Oil Changes! They Make Sure To Stay One On One With All Of There Customers By Keeping Us Updated With New Specials By Sending Letters In The Mail & Facebook Updates. I Know How It Can Be Hard To Trust Random Automotive Shops These Days, But I Would Refer All Of My Friends, Family, Anyone To This Shop!!! You Will Be Glad You Chose Them As Your Family Mechanic!

Stay away from this place. Their tow company came to tow my car and quoted a rate for labor on a throttle body replacement. When it arrived at the shop, they then doubled the quoted price. If you don't want to be subjected to bait and switch tactics, avoid this company!!!!

I had been looking around to get a reliable and dependable mechanic for months. I love the one on one attention he and his staff provides. He explains every detail of service and repairs. Mr.Lathan was WONDERFUL! I searched all over for a transmission for my Maxima, but was quoted really high prices. When I called Anthony he quoted me a price MUCH lower than the OTHER guys!!! He was very helpful and saved me over $1,000.00. Not only did he save me $$$$ on the transmission, he showed that he valued my time by installing the NEW transmission quickly. My car runs GREAT now! I don't know much about cars, but I know GREAT service! I will be taking ALL of my business to his shop from now on! Thanks Guys! :-))
