What's This?

I use to go to this Y, but changed to another Y to go to in the city. If you want to visit a bar,this Y is the one for you.

The "young women" dressed in workout shorts, very short, thin tank tops, and the men won't approach you unless you are model material. It is a bar atmosphere gym. I guess being the fact that most of the people who go there are 20ish and early 30ish, that's a given. If you are out of shape, you will be judged. People are unfriendly, the fitness staff can't open their mouth to greet you unless you ask them a question or get their attention, and the male staffers are too busy talking to the female gym members anyway. Unfriendliness at the membership desk too.

I wouldn't go back there if you bought me a trip to the Carribean. Awful, Awful.

There ...

...are to many different ways to work out here. Swimming, weights, etc. etc.

There is a cold and a warm pool along with sauna, jacuzzi and steam room. There are so many diff. classes you can take at different fitness levels! They have a program for those who can't afford the main membership. They evaluate your income and determine your monthly fee.
