A Let Down

I was double booked for a mani/pedi. The nail tech did not tell me until after waiting for 30 with my feet in water. She did not apologize, ask me to wait but rather said I will be right with you. After 40 minutes and shriveled feet, I got up and walked out. Will not be returning here.

Cityspa - great staff and massage

I visited Cityspa with two other girlfriends so that we could get massages after the Charlottesville marathon. This place was very accomodating when I called for reservations to book 3 one hour massages for the same time. The staff there are very friendly and all three massages were fantastic! They ask the right questions to ensure that your experience is good and expectations are met. The location of Cityspa is in a very beautiful house and it was great to have a massage in a setting with big spacious luxury rooms. FYI - I read a complaint about the short towels, but to be honest, the towels were fine. And from an environmental perspective, that is actually a lot better than using big sheets etc... Plus, if you do not want the towel, just tell the masseuse and you can get something different. I have had a lot of massages, and this is a great place! I would definitely recommend this place.
