I came 3 days ago to change 3 tires. Same day my TPMS light came on. I thought the air was just low so I put air in the tires and drove the car over 100 miles but the light was still on. I came today to talk to them. The guy (Dillwyn) was very nice to me and sent me to another place to get the tpms changed without charging me anything. will definitely come back

I recently went to Harding's to get two used tires for an older car that I own and plan to trade in soon. Less than a week after I went there, one of the tires I bought went flat on I-64. I called AAA, and after they helped me change a tire on the interstate, they confirmed that I was sold a tire with a defective bead. After putting on my replacement tire, I went back to Hardings. Not only would they not give me a refund on the tires, as I requested, but they were highly rude to me and sarcastically lectured me about "driving pretty far" on the tire that was flat. They then made a big show about replacing the defective tire that they sold me, as if I would have been happy receiving another substandard used tire from their collection. They never once attempted to apologize for selling a tire that could have easily ended with me getting into a serious car accident. They were also rude at all times. I will never go back to Hardings and will be sure to make sure that everyone I know is aware of how poor quality their products and service are.

Highly recommended! Great deal on my used sedan, actually found a car without any mechanical issues or surprises.
