Provided by YP.comthese people are ridiculous, i have been living at this property for 5 years and the last 2 years have been hell. The only reason my family and i havent moved in the last 2 years is money was tight and my wifes due date was around the same time our lease was ending. Let me tell you about how these guys work. they never answer the phone and if you do get the front desk person the put you thru to voicemail and they never return your calls fors weeks. The 24 hour maintance line is a joke and so are their maintance people. our house was remodeled right before we moved in and with in 5 years the roof has leaked, heat has stoped working twice, the first time it was 25 degrees outside and it took them 4 days to come out and fix it and the excuse was we live so far, our dryer has been repaired so many times i cant even count it on my hands but it still takes days for them to patch it because they dont fix anything. Now theier account dept is just as bad we kept on getting letters saying that we still owe them rent for months we paid and had reciepts for and when i would go to the office and show them they would say "oh we're sorry we credited you money to someone elses account 5 times in 4 yrs that is just stupid. Also your property manager changes every 6 months because they hire interns so you will never talk to the same person twice when ever you do get ahold of someone. They are RIPPOFFS and SLUM LORDS and if you like your money and dont want headaches STAY FAR FAR FAR FAR AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE.
P.S. I just got my lease renewal from them and enclosed was a survey asking if you do choose to move please check all that apply for reasons and then a comment spot with 3 lines to write on..... i think i will just attach a letter to mine so i can tell them everything

Provided by YP.comReal Properties are slum lords. Worst landlords I have ever had in my entire life. Phone calls and emails for emergencies, mantainence, scheduling, etc. go unanswered for months. Moved into filth, repairs needed, and pest (mice and ant) infestation. When finally got ahold of a person, told nothing could be done for weeks because it was "the busy season". Property manager uses "busy season" excuse for not responding or doing maintanence from at least May - October. Most frustrating woman I have ever dealt with. Would never let them care for my home - they will not fix anything and will let it fall to pieces. Would never, ever, ever again rent from them - it's been the most frustrating living experience I've ever had. Horrible, horrible, horrible company. Cannot describe their incompetence strongly enough. Just stay away.

Provided by YP.comLiving in a property managed by these people was the worst decision I ever made. I have lived at Oakhurst Circle for the past 11 miserable months. My property manager REFUSES to speak to me. Her extension doesn't connect to a voicemail so you can't leave her a message, she won't take my calls, she's never "in the office" when you call (at least according to the receptionist, when you can even get one), and the only time we've ever spoken, she hung up on me for raising my voice (I admit -- I was a little hysterical, given that my gas had been turned off and my shower was full of sewage).
When I moved in, the place was a wreck. Several pretty sizable items from the previous tenant had been left behind and it was obvious no one had even swept, let alone cleaned. The kitchen floor was coated in a thick, grimy layer of yellow-ish greasy goo that took HOURS to get up.
The parking situation is abhorrent. It is "included in the rent" and allegedly permit parking only, but when the lot is full of cars without permits, you can't get anyone to do anything about it. I once resorted to calling the police after repeated calls to Real Property went unanswered because of the group intoxicated men whose car was blocking the exit and were shouting lewd, threatening things at me. Over the winter, we were without heat for an unbelievable length of time. Then, when the heat DID come on, it was unreliable and unbearable. I recorded air temperatures inside of my apartment as low as 54 degrees and as high as 110. The laundry facilities (three washers, three dryers) are located in the basement of an adjacent building. The basement is full of broken old appliances, bare insulation, shattered glass, and paint cans. There is one bare, functional light bulb in that basement as of right now. The dryers barely work and usually have to be run (and therefore PAID FOR) twice. There have been several recent plumbing disasters that resulted in raw sewage spilling out all over the parking lot and flowing down the street. They were slow to respond to my complaints and even after making the repairs, didn't clean up the HUMAN FECES in the parking lot. We are at the end of our ropes and verging on a lawsuit with this company. The building is certainly NOT up to city code and needs to be extensively renovated or condemned. It's barely habitable and the company is absolutely impossible to deal with.
I can not say enough bad things about my experience with this company.
