I am a property manager in Springfield and used DJ Trumpy, owner of Trumpy Heating & Cooling as my on call maintenance man for a very short period. At first he started out strong, then he wasn't able to get to jobs while telling he was. I asked DJ to purchase a used refrigerator and new window AC unit for one of my units. He billed me for the items and I paid for the items but he never delivered them. I requested the owners money back several times and DJ ignored all my calls. I called one last time to say please return the money before I take action. He again did not return my call. DJ is not an honest man and would not trust him to handle any of your repair needs.

HUGE thank you to Trumpy Heating and Cooling. He came early on a Saturday to help me! Not only did my problem get fixed, but he saved me hundreds of dollars and even showed me how to fix the issue myself if this was to happen again! I definitely recommend this company!
