Initially We ordered 27 new windows with casing, we were given regular windows. We decided at this point we were okay with it. We also ordered full screens with all the windows and got half screens. Two of the windows were special order, 1 with obscure glass and one not. We had to hound the company to reorder the obscure glass for the bathroom and were told it was delayed because of the recent tornados. Okay, benefit of the doubt again...Then we still had to call to get our window at which time we dealt with the manager at the facility. The glass was reordered, brought out, and the glass was busted out of the wrong special order window. The glass was ordered ANOTHER time. This time when we finally got the product, it was leaking. AGAIN, we dealt with the company manager which ensured us he would take care of this himself...that was ummm a year ago!?!? Im tired of dealing with these jokers...time for the next step!
