I have an infection in my face from a broken tooth. They refused to schedule an appointment without getting an ok with my doctor when the information they wanted she had nothing on. They are rude incompetent and flat out disgusting...

Valley View is supported by State funds which is essentially our money. I am consistently disgusted with their so called policies. If you miss an appointment for dental, you are punished by Valley View and cannot make appt for a year and then they further punish by making you wait in that office for as long as it takes starting at 8:00 A. They do take you FOR AN EMERGENCY UNLESS YOU WAIT. I have waited for three hours or more before. They are a service industry with STATE FUNDS. Why is not anyone doing anything about that practice? That practice has been doing that for at least year since I have been there. They hope that no one notices and people just give up. I did not even get a callback from Vanessa alleged clinic manager and Veronica. There is a Cheryl who tried to cause an issue with me and the patient's wife that was sitting there, corrected HER. Who is in charge here anyone? I will not give up on trying to get a better overall clinic to help others. Not going away
