Terrible. I've ordered here around 10 times total (because I keep thinking surely it can't get worse, silly me) and my order has been right less than half of those orders. Wait times for delivery are insanely long (as in an hour and a half if you're lucky) and then after all that time they give you the wrong toppings, or completely forget part of the order. Then if you don't just opt for the refund, a rude staff member will get the rest of the order to you in a second delivery in two hours if you're lucky. When I finally complained via a review about having ordered pizza hut because I like their breadsticks and they forgot to bring them, corporate sent me coupons for a free pizza that can only be used in store, so I would still have to pay for everything else, not what I was complaining about, and take a trip completely out of my way as I never go that way since the coupons can't be used for delivery. Terrible.
