For Christmas, my husband got my car a full detailing. I dropped it off around 9:00am. They called me around noon to tell me it was ready. When my husband and I went to pick it up I was shocked and amazed to see my car looking like the day I drove it off the lot. I thought I kept my car very clean but now it is showroom clean. I have a 2016 Toyota Avalon. Service was outstanding. I highly recommend this business. Kim L.

Went and had my saleen rear window tint removed and re-tinted. The next day the tint started peeling. I went out of town and when I got back I took the car back. The guy who tinted the window said that it was the ammonia based window cleaner they used to remove the old tint. He said to make an appointment to have it redone. Never once was I told that because it was 5% that it wouldn't be covered under warranty. I made an appointment for today, took off of work to take it in. An hour after I left there I got a call saying that the owner wouldn't fix the window because it isn't covered under warranty. I asked to speak to him and you could hear him in the back ground " I don't know what he doesn't understand about warranty." I went up there to speak with him personally and he stated that they would redo the window this once but he would not do it unless I remove the roll bar. I stated that the tinter told me to just remove the rear seat delete and he said that he didn't care, he would only do it if I removed the bar (which isn't possible). He said that if it was a legal tint he would be reimbursed for the film. So obviously 20 dollars worth of film is worth more than customer service.
