Scott Lane tree removal service has the heavy duty equipment and lots of people to get the job done. They can take down huge trees quickly. They are very willing to come out and do free estimates. There website is easy to use.

TERRIBLE!!!! After receiving a quick estimate in March I have had nothing but excuses. Phone messages to the owner go unanswered. When you manage to get an answer at the office, its more excuses. The estimated price is great, but the follow through is in the dumps. I feel as though I'm being saved when there is no more work. DON'T USE THIS SERVICE unless you have a lot of time to wait

I was very impressed with Scott Lane's Professionalism and that of his crew. Had them remove 10 of 18 tall Pines from my small 80 x 70 lot. He had the equipment and manpower resources to do this in a confined space without any damage to property . He charged a very fair price for this service and I would highly recommend him to anyone needing this service.

Very happy with the job performed by Scott Lane's Tree Service. They showed up when they said they would and made sure I was satisfied before they left. Recently hired Scott Lanes Tree Service to remove several trees on my property as well as clean up other trees and shrubs as preventative maintenance. The crew around within the time frame that I was told. The foreman took the time to ask me questions and let me know what they intended to do. The crew then wasted no time in getting to work on my project. They laid down plywood to prevent yard damage as we have had quite bit of rain. They removed the trees and completely cleaned up the mess. A few of the tree stumps were ground and they did a nice job making sure the mulch was left for me to use else where on my property. There was little indents were they set down the out riggers for the bucket truck but I expected that. Everything was laid out nicely on the contract so I understood and the office staff and Mr. Lane were very professional and ready to answer all my questions. I have had a lot of tree work done over the years. I am very pleased with the complete service.

End of the day they did the hired job well. That said, they back-doored me with a bill to replace the fence they had to move to remove a tree, without even giving me a quote! They claim they told my wife it may cost money (admitting they didn't quote it), but when I personally asked if they would put the fence back they said yes, without saying there would be an added charge. When I told the woman that's not how I did business, she said "well maybe you should read the contract, if you want to talk about how to do business." Really? That's how you talk to customers? That, and when my wife asked if a check would suffice as cash, she said "cash is cash and a check is a check," as if my wife was an idiot. Who talks with such attitude to paying customers in this economy? Learn some manners lady, or you will lose business!!! They have a decent name in our neighborhood, but I have a hunch it will change soon if this is how they continue to treat/talk to people.

He said he would take away the tree after he cut it down...He did, He put it in his truck, drove around the block, then dumped it on the street in front of my house. And obviously would not answer the phone, left a horriable mess!!! How does this guy stay in business?????

had them out this week to remove two trees from our property. They were professional and the price was fair. I would use them again if i need the service again.

This guy ruined my yard, Left a mess everywhere, changed our quoted price, and took weeks taking 5 days off at a time...that guy is a slick mess!

I am so pleased with the professional service from Scott Lane's Tree Service. All the men were so professional. Mr. Lane personally gave me my tree estimate for the job. He scheduled me that following week and all my tree problems were gone. The job was completed and my yard looks great. Thanks
