Wow!! That about sums it up for this eclectic Home Furnishings Store, Interior Design Studio & Gourmet Cafe housed under one roof in a former general store on Main Street in historic Chester, NJ.



Several months ago, I ventured out to Once Upon A Table upon the advice of a friend to purchase some decorative accessories & lamps for my living room. Along with the lamps & accessories, I left with a sofa, a doggie bag of the best sandwich I ever had and the advice of the interior design staff which has transformed my living room into a much more livable space.



I was so taken in by the beauty of this store and the friendliness of its staff, that I have returned many more times for their design advice and for their wonderful lunches. I have introduced many of my friends to Once Upon A Table, who have the same reaction as I did upon first entering this store. Wow!!



And for those who think that boutique stores are only for those shoppers who can afford overpriced items, Once Upon A Table breaks the mold. I am a very price sensitive shopper always looking for the best price. I found that Once Upon A Table offers rock bottom pricing on its furniture & accessories. Then throw in their talented design team and awesome lunch, and I have become addicted to this store. My husband's lucky we live over an hour away from Once Upon A Table, otherwise we would need a larger home for all the treasures I find at this wonderful store.
